As HR manager at Geris, you are the driving force behind our strategic growth. We have grown rapidly in recent years, and we will continue to focus on expanding our team in the coming period. This requires a structured HR policy that moves with the organization and provides direction. That is exactly where you come in!
You will have the opportunity to further professionalize our HR department and develop a sustainable strategy that fits our goals. At the same time, you will tackle the work floor and know what is going on in the team. Specific challenges? Attracting new talent through creative recruitment and stronger ties with education. And retaining employees, including by creating a working environment in which they can develop to their full potential.
Together with your HR colleague, you will be at the heart of our organization and will have contact with all departments: from production to sales and from finance to quality. Finally, you are a solid sparring partner for directors and management and you proactively advise on the direction of HR, based on facts and a feeling for people. A job with impact!

Demonstrable experience with organizational development and professionalizing HR processes;
A clear vision on attracting, retaining and developing talent.
