Supply Chain Coordinator

Your role


As a supply chain coordinator, you monitor supply and demand in the dairy market, you align the Geris strategy with it and you get customers, suppliers and colleagues moving. Because your commercial colleagues are fast, but the market moves even faster. Which of course has direct consequences for the logistics planning. In short: you are continuously sharp on stock, liquidity and transport flows. In this way, you ensure the best position of Geris every day with full dedication.

The great thing about this job? You are responsible for the strategic logistics with a small team of three other colleagues. And that is an interesting challenge, because we do more than just bring our products from a to b. Think of an extra link such as temporary storage on location, additional actions such as cleaning and packaging and time limits due to the shelf life of our fresh products. Do you have what it takes?


You want to move forward! By thinking logically and (geographical) knowledge of the world, you create efficiency and improvement. With an analytical view, you maintain an overview and within that you can switch quickly. You are assertive enough to make decisions at the right time and get people moving, helped by your pleasant way of communicating. This makes you easily approachable for colleagues, customers and suppliers and vice versa, they quickly accept something from you. No knowledge of dairy? No problem! We will teach you all the ins and outs in practice. Also important:

• You have a passion for the logistics world and a keen eye for transport.
• You can communicate clearly in English. German is a plus.
