Your role

You’ll dive into procurement and sales and travel through Europe on a regular basis to meet suppliers and customers, strengthen business partnerships and agree deals. At our Nederweert headquarters, you'll collaborate with your ambitious sales team colleagues to produce a weekly sales plan. Flexibility is key; you are able to respond to fluctuating dairy prices in a vibrant market and adapt to new challenges on a daily basis.

To do this, you’ll work closely with colleagues in different departments and collaborate on new innovations to realise the smoothest possible processes. Do you have what it takes?

You're bold, have powers of persuasion and a winning trader’s mindset. How do you respond if something unexpected happens? You’ll see this as a challenge to which you react quickly and positively. You are sociable and have great interpersonal skills. Your open attitude makes you easily approachable for colleagues, customers and suppliers. You feel comfortable with a down-to-earth mentality and feel happier wearing jeans than a tailored suit. No prior dairy knowledge? No problem! You’ll learn all the ins and outs through practical experience. Also important:  

• You have at least a bachelor's degree at higher professional education level (HBO) and prior experience in a commercial position. 
• You speak and write English fluently. Any other language is a plus.
